Let’s get it in, friends! Today’s all about showing up for your body, mind, and soul.


Workout Flow:

• 1 hour strength training (full body focus)

• 30-minute cardio jog—get that heart pumping and those endorphins flowing!


Fuel for the Day Water Water Water!!!

• Morning kickstart: A warm cup of coffee to get me going

• Breakfast & Lunch: Smoothies packed with goodness (fruits, greens, protein—yes please!)

• Dinner: Steak wraps using CarbSense tortillas, fresh grilled peppers, and a creamy avocado spread—flavorful and balanced!

Consistency > perfection. Keep moving, stay mindful, and always fuel your body with love.
